An Outstanding primary school in Birmingham is seeking a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant to join their dynamic team immediately. This full-time Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant position offers the opportunity to work closely with dedicated teachers, providing essential support to students across various subjects in the primary curriculum.
Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant Role:
- Recent graduate with a 2:1 or above in any subject. Previous experience in primary education is a plus but not essential.
- Passionate about supporting young learners and fostering their academic and personal development.
- Comfortable assisting with one-on-one support, small group sessions, and general classroom assistance.
- Help with lesson planning, delivering activities, and supporting the teacher in creating an engaging, inclusive learning environment.
- Encourage students to develop their confidence, curiosity, and critical thinking skills.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and contribute to the school community.
