What qualities would the perfect Graduate Primary Classroom Assistant have?

• It is essential that the successful Graduate Primary Classroom Assistant holds a recent degree graded 2:1 or higher
• Some relevant experience working with children in any capacity
• A driven, nurturing nature & the openness to learn and adapt

What would a day in the role of Graduate Primary Classroom Assistant look like?

• Carry out general classroom duties to aid the classroom teacher
• Offer pastoral and academic support to students of all abilities across multiple subjects
• Help organise resources for lessons with the assistance of the class teacher
• As a Graduate Primary Classroom Assistant - Work closely alongside SEN students to ensure they can access learning and feel included
• Learn from amazing, experienced staff who will support you every step of the way
• Develop your personal skillset and work in a fun engaging environment where no day is the same

Earn £500-£540 per week - Commutable through multiple public transport links - Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
