• Provide tailored support to students in learning and improving their proficiency in a Modern Foreign Language (French, Spanish, German, etc.).
• Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons, helping to make language learning both fun and effective.
• Lead small group sessions focused on conversational skills, grammar, writing exercises, and cultural exploration.
• Support teachers in the classroom, assisting with lesson preparation, resources, and classroom management to ensure a productive learning environment.
• Work closely with students to identify areas where they need additional help, offering encouragement and effective learning strategies.
• Track and report on student progress, offering constructive feedback and highlighting areas for further development.
• Foster a love of languages and cross-cultural understanding, encouraging students to see the value of multilingualism in today’s global world.

Graduate MFL Teaching Assistant Requirements:

• A recent degree in a Modern Foreign Language (French, Spanish, German, or similar).
• A passion for languages and a strong desire to support students in their academic development.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage students with various learning styles.
• An enthusiastic and proactive approach to supporting students both inside and outside the classroom.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and independently.
• Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
