About the Role – Maths Graduate Academic Mentor

As a Maths Graduate Academic Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting GCSE & A-Level students, helping them build confidence, develop problem-solving skills, and achieve outstanding results.

  • Deliver 1:1 and small group sessions, reinforcing key mathematical concepts.
  • Work alongside experienced teachers, supporting lesson delivery and student progress.
  • Lead intervention sessions for students aiming for top grades or needing extra support.
  • Help develop students’ exam techniques, ensuring they excel in assessments.
  • Gain hands-on classroom experience, perfect for those considering a PGCE or teacher training.
