Graduate Maths Academic Mentor: Candidate specification

• Holds a 2:1 or higher degree in mathematics or related subject
• A strong academic background through GCSE’S and A-Levels
• A genuine passion and desire to work in education and support young students’ development
• A proactive attitude with strong organisation skills and attention to detail
• An interest in pursing a career in teaching or within the educational sector

Graduate Maths Academic Mentor: Job specification

• Provide 1-1 and small group support to students who need extra help in math’s, tailoring your approach to meet individuals’ diverse needs
• Assist teachers in delivering high quality and effective lessons that inspire curiosity and confidence in mathematics
• As a Graduate Maths Academic Mentor you will help prepare lesson materials, resources and activates that make complex concepts accessible for all students
