The Role:
- Position: Graduate Learning Support Assistant
- Location: North London (New Barnet) – 5-minute walk from Northern Line station
- Salary: Earn up to £600 per week
- Contract: Full-time, long-term
- Start Date: Immediate
- Progression: Ideal for graduates pursuing a career in Educational Psychology, SEN Teaching, or Speech & Language Therapy
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing 1:1 and small-group support to students with SEN and learning difficulties.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Behaviour Support Plans.
- Encouraging students to engage in learning activities, promoting self-esteem and independence.
- Supporting the inclusion and well-being of all students, helping them overcome learning barriers.
- Working closely with teachers and the dedicated Inclusion Department to provide tailored support.

- A graduate with a strong academic background and a passion for supporting young people.
- Someone interested in gaining relevant SEN experience before pursuing further study or training.
- A patient, caring, and resilient individual with a "firm but fair" approach.
