We are seeking a dedicated Graduate Learning Support Assistant ( three vacancies to start ASAP) to join our outstanding secondary school and sixth form in Newham, East London. This long-term role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities - Graduate Learning Support Assistant
• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students, helping them achieve their full potential.
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
• Support students with additional needs, ensuring their educational, social, and emotional development.
• Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment.
• Collaborate with staff to plan and implement effective support strategies.
