Graduate Learning Support Assistant - Job & Person Specification:
• Graduate Learning Support Assistant
• MUST have 2:1 or higher degree from a good university
• Experience working with young people is advantageous but NOT essential
• Ofsted ‘Good’ graded secondary school with exceptional behaviour management

Your role as a Graduate Learning Support Assistant will involve working Monday to Friday with a group of four students, offering tailored support to ensure their educational and personal needs are met.
It’s essential that you are not only academically strong but also deeply empathetic. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will help these students feel understood, while guiding them towards achieving the targets that will shape their futures beyond school.
