Graduate Learning Support Assistant

• Recent graduate with a 2:1 or higher
• Previous classroom experience is beneficial but not required
• Passionate about enhancing student learning and boosting academic confidence
• Capable of providing 1:1 and small group support to help students grasp key concepts
• Assist teachers with lesson preparation, classroom management, and lesson delivery
• Offer tailored support to students of all abilities, including those with additional needs
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills
• Full-time role, Monday to Friday, term-time only
• Competitive weekly salary ranging from £470 - £490
• Immediate start available
