Graduate EYFS Teaching Assistant – Up to £570 per week – Immediate Start
Location: Birmingham – Sutton Coldfield area

Graduate EYFS Teaching Assistant – What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting EYFS teachers in delivering engaging, play-based learning
- Assisting with phonics, early literacy, numeracy, and communication development
- Working 1:1 and in small groups with pupils to support progress
- Helping to create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating environment
- Encouraging independent learning through interactive technology and hands-on activities
- Promoting children’s social, emotional, and physical development
- Assisting with classroom routines, observations, and behaviour management
- Contributing to the wider life of the school through events and enrichment activities
Graduate EYFS Teaching Assistant – What We’re Looking For:
- A 2:1 degree or higher in Early Childhood Studies, Education, Psychology, or a related field
- A genuine passion for working with children aged 3–5
- Previous childcare or school experience is a plus, but not essential
- Excellent communication skills and a nurturing, patient attitude
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively
- A strong desire to pursue a career in teaching or educational support
- A commitment to helping children grow in confidence, curiosity, and creativity
