Graduate English Academic Mentor: Role Overview

As a Graduate English Academic Mentor, you will be responsible for:

-          Delivering 1:1 and small group English interventions, focusing on literacy, comprehension, and writing skills

-          Supporting students in lessons under the guidance of the classroom teacher

-          Tracking student progress and reporting to the English department on development and impact

-          Planning and leading targeted booster sessions for pupils needing additional academic support

-          Assisting with enrichment activities, such as creative writing clubs or reading schemes
