What Will You Be Doing - Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant Role
- Supporting children’s early learning, including areas like literacy, numeracy, and social skills
- Assisting in the planning and delivery of EYFS lessons and activities
- Offering 1:1 and small group support to help children develop key skills
- Promoting confidence, emotional development, and communication skills
- Creating a positive and stimulating classroom environment

What We’re Looking For: Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant Role
- A 2:1 degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Education Studies, or a related field
- A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their early development
- Previous experience in an educational setting is desirable but not essential
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a nurturing attitude toward children
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, teachers, and staff
- A proactive mindset with a commitment to making a positive impact on children’s education
