We are looking for a dedicated Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic and nurturing primary school in Coventry. Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant – What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting children in their early learning, including literacy, numeracy, and social skills development
  • Assisting with lesson planning and implementing the EYFS curriculum
  • Providing 1:1 or small group support to children in their early education
  • Helping children build their confidence, communication, and emotional development
  • Creating a positive and stimulating learning environment for children
  • Supporting children in becoming independent learners and promoting self-esteem
  • Collaborating with the class teacher to deliver fun and engaging lessons
  • Assisting in managing classroom behaviour and ensuring all children feel included and supported

Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant – What We’re Looking For:

  • A 2:1 degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Education Studies, or a related field
  • A passion for working with young children and supporting their development
  • Previous experience in an educational setting, particularly with young children, is desirable but not essential
  • Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for nurturing children’s learning
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with both children and staff
  • A proactive attitude with a desire to make a positive impact on children’s lives
  • An interest in pursuing a career in early years education or teaching
