We are seeking a dedicated Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive primary school in Birmingham. This Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant roleis an exciting opportunity for individuals who are eager to support children’s early learning and help them grow in a positive and engaging environment.

Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant – What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting children in their early learning, including literacy, numeracy, and social skills
- Assisting with lesson planning and delivery in the EYFS curriculum
- Providing 1:1 or small group support to help children reach developmental milestones
- Encouraging children’s personal, social, and emotional development
- Helping create a fun, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
- Supporting children in developing independence, confidence, and communication skills
- Working alongside teachers to implement effective learning strategies
- Promoting positive behaviour and supporting students with additional learning needs
Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant – What We’re Looking For:
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with children and staff
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for fostering a love of learning
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to making a positive impact on children’s development
