Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant - What You'll Be Doing:
- Assisting in the delivery of the early years curriculum through fun, play-based learning
- Supporting the development of children’s social, emotional, and cognitive skills
- Encouraging creativity through activities such as art, music, and drama
- Helping maintain a safe and engaging classroom environment
- Providing one-on-one support for children who need extra assistance
- Contributing to classroom management and promoting positive behaviour
- Collaborating with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team to track progress and ensure all children thrive
Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant - What We’re Looking For:
- A 2:1 degree or higher in any subject, with a strong passion for early years education
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children
- Excellent communication skills, especially when helping children express themselves
- Experience in childcare or working with young children is a plus, but not essential
- Creative and proactive, with the ability to plan activities that engage children’s imaginations
- A genuine desire to pursue a career in education or child development
