Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant

  • Full-time, long-term role starting January 2025
  • Initially running for the remainder of the academic year
  • Provide 1-to-1 support for children with additional needs
  • Earn up to £500 per week as a Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant
  • Primary school located near Crosby, north of Liverpool, with excellent transport links
  • Collaborate with the class teacher to support Early Years classrooms
  • Excellent facilities and outdoor learning spaces
  • Opportunities for progression within the school from September 2025
  • On-site parking available

As a Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support and motivate children during lessons. You’ll also assist with individual needs and track the progress of students throughout each term. There’s also an opportunity to take on a 1-to-1 support role, working directly with a child with additional needs.

Your role will involve working across various Early Years age groups, giving you hands-on experience in managing a classroom and handling situations that can only be understood through real-world involvement.

This position is set to begin in January, with the potential to continue throughout the full academic year 2024/25 for the right candidate.
