About the Role – Graduate Cover Supervisor

As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining high-quality teaching and learning when teachers are absent. This is an ideal stepping stone for graduates considering a career in education, providing first-hand experience in a classroom setting.

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects, ensuring students remain engaged and on task.
  Manage classroom behaviour effectively, creating a positive and focused learning environment.
• Support students’ learning by answering questions and offering guidance where needed.
