• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage classroom behaviour.
• Flexible and proactive, capable of covering a variety of subjects as needed.

Graduate Cover Supervisor – Role Details

• Full-time, long-term role.
• Earn up to £725 per week.
• Provide cover for lessons across a range of subjects when teachers are absent, ensuring students complete pre-set work.
• Manage classroom behaviour, fostering a positive and effective learning environment.
• Offer academic support during lessons or small group sessions when not required for cover.
• No planning or marking responsibilities, allowing you to focus on delivery and support.
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM, term-time only.
