Graduate Behaviour Mentor
Specialist SEMH School – Coventry – Up to £550 per week – Interviewing in March 2025!

Graduate Behaviour Mentor – Job Overview
- Earn up to £550 per week

- Based in Coventry, working hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Graduate Behaviour Mentor – Candidate Profile
- Degree: A 2:1 or higher in Psychology, Health and Social Care, or a related field
- Personal Qualities:
- Strong, resilient character with the ability to manage challenging behaviour
- Empathetic and compassionate with a genuine passion for supporting young people
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain professional boundaries
- Resilient and patient, able to manage difficult situations with confidence
- Desirable Experience:
- Experience in care, social work, or working with young people with SEMH needs (preferred but not essential)
- Prior experience managing behaviour in a classroom or group setting is a bonus
