Key Duties:

• Attending face to face client meetings when required
• Building client relationships and maintaining them
• Weekly update calls with clients to update them on what’s new
• Join meetings to discuss new projects and new features within the business
• Keeping colleagues updated on the progress of projects
• Solving problems that came from clients in a calm and efficient manner
