A dynamic and welcoming school in Birmingham is seeking a Graduate Academic Mentor to join their team. In this Graduate Academic Mentorrole, you will provide academic support across a variety of subjects, helping students develop their study skills, build confidence, and overcome academic challenges. You'll work closely with students in both one-on-one and group settings, guiding them through key areas of their learning and encouraging their academic growth.

Graduate Academic Mentor – Key Requirements:
- A 2:1 degree or higher in any subject
- A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed

- A keen interest in pursuing a career in education or a related field
- A desire to make a meaningful difference in students' academic and personal development
