Hours: 8:30AM-4:00PM Mon-Friday

Graduate Academic Maths Mentor: Candidate Specification

• Graduate with a 2:1 or higher in a maths related subject
• Strong academic background through GCSE and A-levels
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate students
• A desire to pursue a career in education or teaching
• Strong organisation skills and the ability to adapt to different learning techniques

Graduate Academic Maths Mentor: Job Specification

• Work closely with students across key stages 3 and 4 to improve their understanding of mathematics
• Offer one-to-one and small group interventions for students who may have fallen behind.
• Monitor students’ progress and ensure they have a clear pathway for success
• Collaborate with teachers and help prepare learning materials/resources to create engaging lessons.
