English Graduate Unqualified Teacher: Candidate Specification

-          English Graduate Unqualified Teacher must have a 2:1 or higher degree from a leading university in English or English-related degree

-          Has a strong academic background through GCSE’S and A-Levels

-          Previous experience in an educational setting (tutoring, mentoring, peer support, or similar roles) is highly desirable.

-          Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
