English Graduate Teaching Assistant: 

• Holds a 2:1 or higher degree in English Language from a strong University 
• High achieving results throughout GCSE’S and A-Level examinations
• A proactive attitude with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Interest in pursuing a career in teaching or education

English Graduate Teaching Assistant: 

• Help prepare lessons materials and resources that make literature and language accessible and enjoyable for all students
• As an English Graduate Teaching Assistant you must act as a positive role-model, encouraging students to develop confidence in their communication skills English.
• Provide tailored 1-1 support for students who are struggling to keep up with the workload
• As an English Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will Monitor students’ progress making sure they are staying on track
