Early Career Teacher (ECT) – The Role:

As an ECT in one of our client schools, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Deliver engaging, well-planned lessons across a variety of subjects and year groups
  • Inspire students with your passion and creativity while tailoring lessons to meet individual learning needs
  • Develop effective classroom management strategies and contribute to fostering an inclusive school culture
  • Build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and the local community, creating a supportive learning environment
  • Play a key role in shaping students’ academic, social, and emotional development

Early Career Teacher (ECT) – About You:

  • Are nearing completion of their teacher training (University, Teach First, or School Direct)
