KPI Recruiting are on the lookout for a skilled DBS/PVG Chef to join our client's team. This role is perfect for a chef with experience who can prepare high-quality meals while adhering to safety and hygiene standards. You will work Monday to Friday, with shifts from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM or 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, earning £16.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Kitchen Setup: Prepare the kitchen before opening, ensuring all ingredients and stations are ready.
• Meal Preparation: Cook specific portions of each plated meal while managing your kitchen station.
• Food Preparation: Assist in marinating, cutting, and precooking foods to ensure smooth operations.
• Cleaning: Thoroughly clean the kitchen at the end of the shift, sanitizing the area and tools.
• Storage: Properly wrap and store unused items.
• Plating: Creatively plate dishes to enhance customer satisfaction.

Required Certifications and Qualifications:

• DBS/PVG Check
• Food Hygiene Level 2
• Allergy Certificate
