Duties:
Part Time Customer Experience Advisor
Hours: 9am – 7pm, weekend work occasionally, hybrid working available
Duration: Temporary until March 2025
Pay Rate: £13.00 - £13.50 per hour
Location: Holmes Chapel
Key Duties:
- Manage incoming calls and emails efficiently, responding to inquiries regarding bookings and memberships with accurate and timely information.
- Assist potential and existing customers by providing detailed explanations of services, membership benefits, and booking procedures.
- Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Engage with potential customers through various communication channels, such as phone calls, emails, social media, and live chat.
- Identify customer needs and interests, tailoring your approach to effectively present relevant products and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with leads to nurture their interest and convert them into loyal customers.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong communication, planning and organisational skills
- IT Literate
- Experience in a customer service or sales role
- Full UK driving licence
