Part Time Customer Experience Advisor

Hours: 9am – 7pm, weekend work occasionally, hybrid working available

Duration: Temporary until March 2025

Pay Rate: £13.00 - £13.50ph

Location: Holmes Chapel

Key Duties:

• Answering the telephones and emails dealing with any bookings and memberships
• Following up sales leads through a range of communication tools
• Aiming to maximize sales closures through the sales process
• Deal with cancelations and day pass calls and ensuring all customer queries are dealt with
• Completing sales activity reports

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication, planning and organizational skills
• IT Literate
• Experience in a customer service or sales role
• Full UK driving license
