Customer Service Advisor

Location: Crewe

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: Full-time

Salary: £24,000

Key Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries, primarily via telephone, but also through email and live chat, offering guidance, support, and solutions.
  • Handle customer orders, returns, payments, and refunds with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Stay informed on current promotions, product updates, and company offerings.
  • Coordinate delivery arrangements and address any shipping-related concerns.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve order issues, proactively finding solutions to customer problems.
  • Promote the company's branded products, generating interest and enthusiasm.
  • Exceed customer expectations by delivering personalized and attentive service.
  • Collaborate with and support team members as needed to maintain smooth operations.

Key Skills Required

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service.
  • Strong passion for customer service, with a genuine desire to help others and build positive relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an attentive, empathetic listening style.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to understand customer perspectives and address their needs.
  • Proficient in basic IT tasks, including email, data entry, and general office software.
  • Capable of multitasking while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
