Contact Center Advisor

One of KPI Recruiting's most reputable and loyal clients is in search of a Contact Center Advisor with excellent communication skills, time management and attention to detail.
Duties consist of:
- Handle inbound and outbound (mainly outbound) customer calls, emails, and chats.
- Provide accurate information about products or services.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when needed.
- Maintain detailed customer records and logs.
- Meet performance targets, such as response times and customer satisfaction scores.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed.
- Stay updated on company policies and procedures. Work with other teams to improve service quality.
