Role Overview:

As a Recruitment Consultant at KPI Recruiting, you will manage the delivery of recruitment activities for our clients, ensuring their permanent recruitment needs are met. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Focus on sourcing quality candidates, conducting weekly interviews, and ensuring full compliance.
  • Screen, pre-screen, and interview candidates to understand their requirements and match them to client needs.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings with clients to build relationships, understand their business, and identify the best team fit for their roles.
  • Negotiate rates and fees, schedule interviews, obtain client feedback, and liaise with candidates.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, effective relationships with both existing and new business clients.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and in-depth knowledge of the external recruitment market.
  • Ensure high standards in candidate quality, job adverts, and interviews throughout the recruitment process.
  • Identify new client opportunities and confidently negotiate fees.
  • Plan to meet the future recruitment needs of commercial clients.
  • Utilise various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to find qualified candidates.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including interviews, reference checks, and skills assessments, to ensure suitability for client roles.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Collaborate closely with other Recruitment Consultants to share best practices.
  • Contribute to the growth and success of KPI Recruiting.
  • Send speculative CVs daily to industry-specific clients.
  • Qualify candidates and onboard new clients.
  • Follow the weekly sales cycle.
  • Use LinkedIn to expand your network and attend networking events.
