Location: Sutton Coldfield, North Birmingham

We are currently recruiting two enthusiastic class teachers for a special school in Sutton Coldfield, North Birmingham. These roles are ideal for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) or experienced educators who are dedicated to supporting pupils in their learning and social development.

Class Teacher – What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing excellent classroom provision, ensuring a high level of engagement and progress for each student
- Delivering high-quality teaching and fostering a supportive, challenging environment
- Adapting learning strategies and classroom practices to meet the diverse needs of pupils with SEND, including those with autism, communication, and cognitive challenges
- Collaborating with the Headteacher, Governors, and the wider school community to uphold the school’s vision and values
- Supporting the development of pupils’ social, emotional, and academic skills
- Continuously assessing and adjusting teaching strategies to maximize student progress
