Working Hours: Monday – Thursday, 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Job Description:
KPI Recruiting is seeking skilled and motivated Assembly Operatives to join our client’s team in the Horwich area. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic organization that values quality and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble new products for customers, including installing factory-selected options using gathered parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
• Verify product specifications, interpret measurements, and assemble trailer components as instructed by the manufacturer.
• Operate power tools safely and effectively for assembly functions.
• Ensure all parts are properly fitted and secured to meet quality assurance standards.
• Troubleshoot assembly issues, perform necessary repairs, and report errors to the supervisor.
• Document production processes by completing production and quality forms accurately.
• Contribute to team efforts and assist with other company needs as required.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Experience with power tools and assembly processes.
• Ability to interpret measurements and follow technical instructions.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to support team goals.
• Reliable, hardworking, and punctual.
