ASSEMBLY & SERVICING OPERATIVE

BOLTON

UP TO £27K

PERMANENT, FULL TIME

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the workshop and sales teams
• Dealing with the servicing and repairs of trailers
• Updating and maintaining records for trailers and hire fleets
• Assembling flat pack items
• Fitting of towbars
• Providing advice and guidance to customers to meet their requirements
• Reporting on issues, problems, damages relating to customer vehicles / trailers
• Maintaining tools and the workshop, reporting any issues
• Assisting with stock checks / takes
• Supporting the sales counter

The successful candidate will:

• Have strong communication skills, have the ability to liaise with customers and colleagues across the business
• Providing excellent customer service, dealing with queries in a positive manner
• Have good working knowledge of workshop hand / air tools eg. Drills, spanners
