About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Air Conditioning Engineer's Mate to support our team of engineers in the service, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems, including split units and HVRFs, within commercial properties. This role provides an excellent opportunity for hands-on learning and development while working on projects exceeding £20,000 in value.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist engineers in servicing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems.
• Support installation projects (experience advantageous).
• Ensure tools and materials are prepared for each job.
• Maintain a safe and organised working environment.
• Communicate effectively with the team and clients.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role or basic knowledge of air conditioning systems (advantageous).
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
• F-Gas qualification (advantageous but not essential).
• Strong work ethic and a proactive approach.
