An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator to join a growing company in Crewe on a full-time basis. The role involves providing administrative support and developing relationships with key customers to ensure their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial records (accounts payable/receivable)
• Assist with reports and analysis
• Handle orders and customer queries
• Conduct background research on customers
• Suggest improvements for our processes
• Coordinate meetings and calls

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good IT skills (Microsoft Office)
• Previous office experience preferred
• Comfortable with numbers
• Eager to learn and grow

You will be working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
