Duties:
Administrator
Location: Crewe
Duration: Temporary - Permanent
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Key Duties:
- Ensure customer price files are generated and maintained
- Reconciliation of customer orders / transport packs, ensuring accurate printing, scanning and filing
- Create credit requests for damages or shortages when required
- Track shipments from collection to delivery and filing for all customers
- Maintaining multiple transport databases for future reconciliation
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner with appropriate communication
- Printing and e-mailing purchase orders to suppliers
- Filing signed purchase orders, order acknowledgements or other critical documents
Key Skills Required:
- Experience of working within a supply chain role
- Strong IT skills – Microsoft Office
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
