Duties:

Our client is looking for a professional, approachable, Administrative Assistant to join their expanding, Telford based team, who offer great opportunities to progress your career, with a great team culture, centred around their values of integrity, unity and passion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and organize office operations.
  2. Provide basic technical support for the site.
  3. Deal with questions on the phone/ by email.
  4. Provide the highest levels of customer service and advice to produce and retain business.
  5. Booking meeting rooms and managing booking calendars.
  6. Minute taking as required.
  7. Undertaking filing, archiving and the review of stored documents.
  8. Update computer records & client files data entry
  9. Contribute to a positive team performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience as an Administrative or Office Assistant.
  • Customer Service: Experience dealing with customer inquiries in person and through digital channels.
  • Communication: Clear written and verbal communication.
  • Organization: Managing tasks, schedules, and information.
  • Time Management: Prioritizing and meeting deadlines.
  • Data entry skills and knowledge of databases.
  • Experience with MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
  • Financial Tasks: Basic understanding of financial processes.
  • Deadline orientated.
  • Excellent relationship building skills
