Accounts Assistant
£30,000 per annum

Monday to Friday
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to manage invoicing, customer accounts, financial reporting, and credit control. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and have experience with Sage50 and accounts receivable, this could be the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage invoice processing and ensure timely, accurate invoicing.
- Handle credit control and cash management.
- Maintain key customer accounts and relationships.
- Assist with project invoice costing.
- Support financial reporting and account reconciliation.
- General accounts admin and email correspondence.
Qualifications & Experience:
- AAT qualified.
- At least 2 years' experience in accounts receivable, credit control, or cash allocation (contractor environment).
- Proficient with Sage50.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Personal Attributes:
- Highly organised, with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be flexible with working hours if required.
