Key Duties:

• Attend face to face meeting with clients when required
• Calling clients for an update and to advise them on progresses
• Understanding the specific needs of the clients you manage
• Updating employees on the progress of projects and raising concerns when needed
• Ensuring that retainer clients are using their hours effectively
• Sharing ideas with the department and the wider businesses
