We're currently on the lookout for a skilled and driven Senior Technical Support professional to join a supportive and welcoming Technical environment in Middlewich. We are seeking a candidate who shows willingness, and the ability to get stuck in!
- Contract: Permanent
- Salary: £35,000-£40,000 depending on experience
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (with 1 week in 4 on call and occasional weekend working)
- Benefits: Company van available (including a fuel card for business use) or expensed mileage, workplace pension, free parking, 28 days annual leave
Main Duties:
- Supporting the team and working collaboratively
- Accurately diagnosing software and hardware faults, resolving client problems via remote networking and site visits
- Providing high standards of customer care, ensuring efficient problem resolution and maintaining client communication
- Offering 1st and 2nd line helpdesk support for hardware, software, audio-visual, and telephone equipment
- Performing additional duties as required
- Working towards and completing Microsoft Certifications for IT Professionals
- Auditing new customers’ IT systems, providing reports, and discussing findings and recommendations with clients
- Adhering to health and safety procedures and associated policies
- Proactively implementing company policies and procedures
- Maintaining satisfactory standards of safety and security in relation to customers
