Salary: £26,000–£28,000, depending on experience.

An IT service provider based in Crewe, specializing in both Apple and multi-brand device repairs and support. As an Apple Independent Repair Provider (IRP), the company is certified to perform diagnostics and repairs using genuine Apple parts. Additionally, offers comprehensive support for PCs, laptops, projectors, and other electronics. Known for their technical excellence and customer-first ethos, servicing clients ranging from individual users to businesses with complex IT needs.
Role Overview
The Mobile IT Technician will provide expert technical support and repairs for a wide range of devices. This includes Apple products, Windows PCs, laptops, and other electronics. The role requires frequent travel to client sites, providing both hands-on and remote support. This is a dynamic position with opportunities to advance into second-line support or helpdesk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Device Repair & Diagnostics: Handle issues across Apple and non-Apple devices, including screen replacement, boot issues, liquid damage cleanup, and software reinstallation.
- Software Support: Manage tasks such as Windows 11 upgrades, data migration, and resolving software-related problems.
- Client Support: Offer on-site and remote troubleshooting, ensuring efficient resolution of IT issues.
- Electronics Repair: Provide repairs for a broad range of devices, including amplifiers, game consoles, projectors, printers, and televisions.
- Technical Documentation: Maintain accurate records of diagnostics, repairs, and client communications.
Expertise Required
- Proven experience in IT support, with hands-on technical expertise in repairing Apple and Windows-based systems.
- Familiarity with repairing brands such as Acer, Asus, Dell, HP, Huawei, Lenovo, Microsoft, Sony, and Toshiba.
- Solid understanding of diagnostics, component-level repairs, soldering, and charging socket replacement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
- Full UK driving license and readiness to travel (mileage reimbursed at 45p/mile).
