Mark has worked in rail for 28 years, starting as a nominated person in 1996, moving into Isolation Planning, Delivery & Safety Critical Management, before working with Tier One Contractors as Isolation Operations Manager over the last 10 years.

Ryan has over 25 years experience in recruitment having been a key player in building an agency and then founding KPI Recruiting in 2008. Ryan has vast knowledge of many sectors working with the UK’s biggest brands such as ASDA, AO, Hobbycraft & Ann Summers.
