Key Responsibilities:
Site Management
- Maintain commercial performance of the contract.

The Role:
Reporting to the Site Agent, the Site Engineer will take ownership of the survey control for the project and set out detailed works as per the contract drawings, ensuring that checks are made on a regular basis.

Project Manager
Project Manager
The Role:
The Project Manager is to deliver multiple ongoing projects, to the specified quality, the required programme and to the maximum commercial performance. The role also involves working closely with the Estimating Department, site delivery teams and surveyors to ensure that projects are completed in a safe manner, whilst ensuring customer requirements and expectations are always maintained or exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
General management
- Produce financial forecast, monitoring and controlling project costs and cost reporting, and produce monthly reports to Contracts Manager on project performance, efficient team building and labour organisation.
- Deliver projects from design phase to completion including all handover documentation.
- Review progress, budget resources and forward planning.
- Review work packages and ensure scope of work is clearly defined and understood.
- Chair weekly site meetings and ensure the production of accurate records of any discussions and actions.

Role Overview:
As an Authorised Person for the Isolation Team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the isolation of railway systems to ensure the safety of personnel working on or near live tracks. You will ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with safety protocols, risk assessments, and the client's requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the Authorised Person for isolation activities on rail networks, ensuring compliance with all safety procedures and protocols.
- Issue and manage isolation certificates, ensuring all work is carried out safely and within designated areas.
- Supervise the isolation and de-isolation processes, ensuring that all necessary precautions are taken to protect workers from electrical, mechanical, and trackside hazards.

Skills & Experience:
- Authorised Person certification for isolation work in the rail industry (e.g., AP for Isolation).
- Proven experience working on live rail systems in an isolation capacity.
- Comprehensive knowledge of isolation procedures, risk assessments, and safety standards.
- Strong understanding of Network Rail standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide pragmatic support and advice to contract and operational teams on site with delivering ecological requirements to programme, budget and quality standard. This includes on-site surveys, inspections and watching briefs, providing practical advice on programme and on-site measures required from the works information.
• Problem-solve, finding practical cost-effective solutions to ecological challenges facing construction teams.
• Liaise with design teams, clients and stakeholders.
• Provide ecological consultancy services to external and internal clients including surveys, mitigation and enhancement design, and on-site support.
• Provide technical support for Biodiversity Net Gain initiatives.
Actively help deliver a culture of continual improvement of on-site ecological practice that is solution-orientated to support construction teams.
Who we're looking for
• Provide pragmatic advice and site support to operational teams on ecological requirements
• Ensure the company environmental management system is maintained in line with changing standards and legislation and liaise with senior team lead on changes required
• Investigate and report ecological incidents
Undertake habitat suitability assessments and protected species surveys.
