Samantha Stirland joins KPI Recruiting as Regional Commercial Manager
KPI has appointed highly experienced recruitment manager Samantha Stirland to head up their commercial recruitment operations in Crewe, Telford and Stoke.
With almost twenty years’ experience in recruitment, Sam has worked for small, medium and national businesses and has also run her own recruitment agency. “I’ve managed large teams of specialist consultants across multiple regions, each focused on niche areas within the commercial market,” said Sam. “I’m also really proud of running my own recruitment business for three years when I had two very young children.”
Sam brings a wealth of industry knowledge and a passion for generating and maintaining lasting client relationships. She also sees the value in developing her team’s expertise to ensure KPI Commercial people are familiar with emerging trends within the market. “I’m passionate about collaboration between our people, and how we can look for ways to improve and deliver a seamless experience for our candidates and clients,” said Sam.
Seamless client recruitment process
Sam puts her success in recruitment down to the ability to focus on the overall recruitment experience from start to finish, ensuring a seamless process within the end-to-end customer cycle. “I love working closely with businesses to generate and maintain positive, lasting relationships,” she said.
“Sam’s focus on teamwork, partnerships and refining the client journey to generate business reflects perfectly KPI’s core values,” said Director Lily James. “As soon as I met her, I felt she was the perfect fit to help KPI Commercial continue its growth and capitalise on new markets.
In her ‘spare time’ (something she doesn’t have a lot of with two children aged 7 and 4), Sam’s passions outside of work are ballet, music and the theatre. (She also loves a Netflix and chill with a takeaway, but we said we keep that quiet.)
Sam’s brief will be to increase business at KPI Commercial branches in Crewe, Stoke-on-Trent and Telford, where they relocated earlier this year to bigger offices.
