Q: Who's the office superstar that always brightens your day? Give them a shoutout and tell us what makes them your daily dose of sunshine!
A: Andy Wragg – Even on the hard days his jokes always make me crack a smile. I have to give him credit-even on International Women’s day.
Q: Let's talk perks! Ever been on the receiving end of a bonus or snagged a promotion? Spill the beans on how you celebrated or what you splurged on!
A: As soon as I got my bonus I went shopping for new clothes and shoes - my favourite hobby.
Q: Let's rewind the tape! Share a light-hearted, funny, or memorable moment you've shared with a female colleague that still brings a smile to your face.
A: When I first formatted a CV for Leanne, I named it with no Commercial knowledge whatsoever. I uploaded the candidate up on to the system as “Mr. Curriculum Vitae”, thinking it was a name.

Q: Who's the standout female figure within the company that you look up to, and what qualities do they embody that inspire you?
A: There are lots of standout female figures in this company. I enjoyed hearing Estelle share her experience. I still remember how great it was when I worked with Keeley. She is a magician and makes everyone happy if she is there. However, I would say Charlotte is my standout figure. She is caring and always on your side. I admire her capacity of work and at the same time she can take good care of her family. She always gives me good personal, parenting advice also.
Q: If you were to give someone a snapshot of the team culture here at KPI Recruiting, how would you describe it?
A: I would say it makes you feel at home. Every morning, when you get into the office, everyone says “Morning Fiona, if you get anything frustrating, feel free to ask for help”. They always give you some advice. I had experienced a really hard time last year which the staff helped me through, so thanks to everyone who supported me at that time. Our team feels like a close-knit family. Despite being spread across different offices and some of us never having met face-to-face, we rally together when challenges arise. Support and camaraderie flow freely, making us not just colleagues, but also friends. There's always something to learn from one another.

Q: So, let's look into your journey at KPI Recruiting! Could you walk us through how you've developed your career path within the company?
To be honest I completely fell into recruitment. I carried out a temporary assignment at Stoke Audi in 2021, and before I knew it, I was working at KPI. I started as a Trainee Consultant, got promoted to a Recruitment Consultant, I then ran the Stoke temp desk (COMPLETE DISASTER), and finally in 2024 I was promoted to a Senior Consultant.
Q: Let's talk perks! Ever been on the receiving end of a bonus or snagged a promotion? Spill the beans on how you celebrated or what you splurged on!
A: Yes - I recently won the ‘Employee of The Year’ award and immediately booked a holiday to Cape Verde WOOHOO!
Q: Who's the standout female figure within the company that you look up to, and what qualities do they embody that inspire you?
Keeley Callan - Mainly because I am too scared to say anyone else as she sits opposite me! All joking aside, I hear her talking to both clients and candidates on a daily basis and it just comes so naturally to her. All of my success is because of Keeley’s constant mentoring and support.

To thrive in recruitment, remember: your effort shapes your success. Focus on continuous learning, build genuine relationships, and embrace resilience. Your hard work will directly influence your career growth. Enjoy the good days and know the bad days will pass.
Q: Let's talk perks! Ever been on the receiving end of a bonus or snagged a promotion? Spill the beans on how you celebrated or what you splurged on!
Holidays! I love a holiday, any extra money I get goes towards a lovely holiday. Thanks to my last bonus I was able to use it to pay towards my holiday to Dubai and Vietnam in a few weeks.
Q: Who's the standout female figure within the company that you look up to, and what qualities do they embody that inspire you?
A: As I always tell her when I am merry at company events... Charlotte Shaw is most definitely someone I look up to, she is a strong female leader, super kind calm and collected, and a general boss-woman.
