Rail and Infrastructure staff suppliers KPI are expanding further with the appointment of Toby Cole as Operations Manager. Toby will play a pivotal role for KPI’s growth with a brief to develop new business across the South of England and assist in fulfilling KPI’s contracts. Toby joins KPI with over 7 years’ experience in Rail and Infrastructure recruitment having worked both agency side and client side since 2016 in resourcing and account management. As well as rail & infrastructure, Toby has experience in the following sectors

“Toby’s background includes supplying skilled staff for major infrastructure projects such as Crossrail, Thames Tideway, Battersea Power Station and Four Lines Modernisation (4LM) for clients such as Network Rail, TfL and London Underground,” said Graham. “His career has also taken him client side, working for Balfour Beatty, so he understands both sides of the supply chain.” Toby has already hit the ground running with some new opportunities in the southeast region. “It’s great to get started and make a difference,” said Toby. “We’re seeing some great signs of growth for the Rail & Infrastructure sector, especially as the government continues to roll out its plan to be carbon net zero by 2050.”
