Your Duties as an Industrial Recruitment Consultant

Identify
  • Find opportunities for business expansion and client growth, capitalising on existing client relationships and generating new business leads.
  • Source the best candidates for an array of industrial roles including Order Pickers, Packers, Parcel Sorters, Production Operatives, Assemblers, Warehouse Operatives, Food Processors, FLT Drivers & more.
Build
  • Develop a portfolio of clients who value our service & return to us.
  • Forge strong relationships with current & prospective clients.
  • Generate a pool of available workers through online adverts, referrals, and word of mouth.
Unite
  • Following the sales cycle with the team to help growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive revenue and market share.
  • Work in close conjunction with the wider team to share best practices.
Nurture Image
  • Supporting on-site inductions for clients.
  • Manage payroll administration for candidates.
  • Attend weekly visits/service review meetings with clients.
  • Ensure a positive experience for both clients and candidates.
  • Maintain a positive attitude, sense of humour & the ability to rise to the challenge.

What we're looking for in you.

  • Recruitment/sales experience is desired
  • Experience of working in a busy office environment is highly desirable
  • Outgoing and ambitious individual
  • Able to build strong positive relationships
  • Can-do attitude, with strong problem solving skills
  • Driving licence is required for this role to be able to attend client meetings
  • Confident communicator and people person
  • Ability to manage your own time
