Your Duties as an Industrial Recruitment Consultant

Find opportunities for business expansion and client growth, capitalising on existing client relationships and generating new business leads.
Source the best candidates for an array of industrial roles including Order Pickers, Packers, Parcel Sorters, Production Operatives, Assemblers, Warehouse Operatives, Food Processors, FLT Drivers & more.

Develop a portfolio of clients who value our service & return to us.
Forge strong relationships with current & prospective clients.
Generate a pool of available workers through online adverts, referrals, and word of mouth.

Following the sales cycle with the team to help growth.
Collaborate with colleagues and senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive revenue and market share.
Work in close conjunction with the wider team to share best practices.

Supporting on-site inductions for clients.
Manage payroll administration for candidates.
Attend weekly visits/service review meetings with clients.
Ensure a positive experience for both clients and candidates.
Maintain a positive attitude, sense of humour & the ability to rise to the challenge.

What we're looking for in you.

Recruitment/sales experience is desired
Experience of working in a busy office environment is highly desirable
Outgoing and ambitious individual
Able to build strong positive relationships
Can-do attitude, with strong problem solving skills
Driving licence is required for this role to be able to attend client meetings
Confident communicator and people person
Ability to manage your own time
