"At the start of the apprenticeship, I was uncertain of what was going to come of it. I didn’t know if it was going to be something I would enjoy but I am very pleased to say, I do enjoy it. Recruitment is something I am now really passionate about and I feel like KPI has helped with this. KPI has helped me so much with figuring out what I want to do in the future and where I want to end up. I have gained so much confidence through this role due to my speaking on the phone, going to meetings, and working with my colleagues around me. It is always a good environment in the office and everyone is always keen to help. The apprenticeship has been a great opportunity as I can understand everything that goes into the job.
